At Harrington Family Law we provide an efficient and cost effective service; in doing so we can keep legal costs as low as possible for our clients. We aim to reply to emails and telephone calls the same day, and clients are confident that they will receive a dedicated and prompt service. We know that clients are busy people with family commitments and so we can see clients at short notice, at weekends, out of working hours and away from the office if that is more convenient.
Some clients feel confident in issuing applications to court and representing themselves at court. However they do need legal advice and support in doing this, and we can provide this as required. Other cases might be appropriate for a fixed, limited, or agreed fee and we can arrange this at the beginning of the case, so that clients can plan their finances.
Although we do not offer Legal Aid, our charges are substantially lower than those of larger and more traditional firms.
